Child Wellbeing Sessions

These sessions are designed for children held within the quiet, reassuring presence of a parent.

Here, your child is supported as an individual, while you remain close, able to witness their experience of care, calm, and connection.

In a world that often asks children to keep going, this space allows them:

To pause.
To slow down.
To feel safe in their body.
To experience nurturing, appropriate touch in a way that is calm, respectful, and led by their needs.

These sessions gently introduce something many of us aren’t taught early enough:

That caring for ourselves matters.

We often guide children in how to behave, achieve, and adapt but not always in how to rest, regulate, and reconnect.

Through this work, children begin to understand that:
• Self-care is a normal and important part of life
• Their body is something to listen to, not ignore
• Touch can be a safe and supportive form of communication

The opportunity to witness your child experiencing calm,
and to see how intentional, therapeutic touch can support regulation.

• Your child receives a 20–30 minute treatment
• The session is guided by their comfort and pace
• You remain present throughout, as a calm and supportive observer

There is no expectation placed on your child.
They are free to relax, talk, or simply be.
