Meet your therapist!
Hi, I'm Robyn!
Holistic therapist, intuitive healer and nature lover.
I created Revitalize with Robyn as a way to heal myself and others from the core, blending hands-on therapy with deep insight from psycology and counseling.
I’m here to support your well-being through healing practices that honour the wisdom found across all cultures and the deep intelligence of the body itself.
My work blends Reiki, intuitive massage, and guided meditations to help you unwind, reconnect, and feel truly at home in your body again. I believe that healing is a universal language, shaped by heritage, experience, and the simple human need to feel safe, seen, and supported.
In my space, you’re invited to slow down, breathe, and explore what your body has been wanting to tell you.
Clients often say they come for the treatment and stay for the calm energy - and I'm so gratfeful for that.
When I'm not in the therapy space, I'm hiking with my Weimaraner or growing medicinal plants in my garden.
Can't wait to meet you and heal together!

Frequently asked questions
What happens in a massage session?
Before: Your therapist would typically have you complete a consultation form and discuss any injuries or areas of pain, while also checking in with you emotionally. The room is usually calmly lit with a soothing aroma that helps settle your nervous system. Your therapist will then advise you to lie on the couch and leave you to undress.
During: Most massages begin with long, gentle strokes to warm up the muscles, easing your body into a state of relaxation. Each massage varies in its techniques. Swedish massage uses light to medium pressure with rhythmic touch to promote overall relaxation and circulation. Additionally, deep tissue and bamboo massage employ a firmer pressure to release chronic tension and knots. On the other hand, aromatherapy employs a lighter pressure, incorporating essential oils to achieve emotional and energetic balance. Furthermore, energy and intuitive-based work utilises a combination of light and medium pressure, depending on your preference, which focuses on moving stagnant energy rather than relying on muscle manipulation.
Your body may respond in various ways. Your breath is likely to naturally deepen, your muscles soften, and the parasympathetic nervous system activates, lowering cortisol levels. There is a possibility for warmth, tingling or waves of emotion. Remember, communication is key. Your therapist may sense your energy, but it is essential to express yourself so that the massage can be tailored to your personal needs.
After treatment, it is essential to move slowly and avoid physical strain for at least 24 hours, and to hydrate effectively. This time allows your body to recalibrate itself. Drinking water will help flush out any metabolic waste that's been loosened by the massage. It is normal to feel lighter, a little sore or overcome with an emotional release. These are all signs that you are connecting to your body.
What do I need to bring?
You usually only need to bring:
Yourself and payment (cash, card, voucher or tip if desired)
Comfortable clothes (easy to change into and out of)
Hair tie/clip (if you have long hair or do not wish to get oil in it)
Water bottle (staying hydrated helps)
It is advisable to avoid wearing strong perfume or cologne.
Eat light before the massage (not on a full stomach).
Shower beforehand, if possible, and leave the oil on afterwards for extra nourishment.
